1Acceptance of Platform Terms

By registering an account on Team GOLO golo via website browser or our Capacitor Android PWA app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and purchase subscription packages on this platform.

2Nature of Services & Predictions

Team GOLO golo is a digital sports prediction and statistical analysis subscription service. We provide daily quantitative sports predictions, bankroll management systems, and weekend accumulators (including our 15+ chances “Akatambula” moving ticket).

3Subscription Packages & Access Rules

• Free Users: Registered users receive complimentary daily access to our baseline Free Tips section without payment.
• Package Exclusivity: Subscribers to a paid tier (`Team GOLO golo Package`, `Big Starker Package`, or `VIP Package`) unlock predictions exclusively for their subscribed tier alongside daily Free Tips. A subscriber cannot access confidential picks from tiers they have not purchased.
• Akatambula Ticket: The 15+ chances weekend moving ticket is exclusive to active `Team GOLO golo Package` subscribers.

4Mobile Money Payments & Double-Entry Ledger

All payments are processed securely in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) through direct integration with MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money gateways via USSD authorization.

Every transaction is immediately logged in our immutable double-entry ledger. Upon confirmation of USSD PIN verification, subscription days are automatically credited to your account.

Refund & Recovery Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once digital predictions have been accessed. However, under our Transparency Guarantee, if a weekend Akatambula ticket misses, active subscribers receive complimentary recovery picks applied directly to their dashboard.

5Intellectual Property & Prohibition of Redistribution

All predictions, chances analysis, statistical write-ups, and Akatambula accumulator tickets provided on Team GOLO golo are confidential proprietary content owned by our platform.

Unauthorized redistribution, scraping, screenshot sharing on public channels, or reselling of our VIP or Akatambula predictions will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund and potential legal action.

6Account Security & Governing Law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uganda.
