- Mobile Money Transaction Data: Network choice (`MTN Mobile Money` or `Airtel Money`), transaction references (`GOLO-MTN-***` / `GOLO-ATL-***`), and payment timestamps stored inside our encrypted double-entry ledger.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device identifiers required to deliver live prediction release alerts and Akatambula notifications.
2How We Use Your Information
We strictly utilize your data to:
- Verify mobile money payments and activate or extend your subscription tiers automatically.
- Enforce tier-specific access controls ensuring subscriber prediction security.
- Send critical service updates, prediction drops, and subscription renewal reminders.
- Provide personalized customer support via our WhatsApp and Telegram VIP lines.
3Strict Non-Disclosure Guarantee
We never sell, rent, or trade your phone number, email address, or payment records to third-party advertisers, marketing agencies, or external entities.
Payment handshakes occur exclusively over encrypted SSL protocols directly between Team GOLO golo and licensed telecom financial networks (`MTN Uganda` and `Airtel Uganda`).
4Your Data Control & Deletion Rights
You maintain full control over your profile details. You can update your phone number, full name, or password directly from your User Dashboard at any time. If you wish to permanently close your account and remove your records from our database, please submit an account deletion request to privacy@teamgologolo.com.
